In a rather desperate move, the accused Prime minister has warned that Jody Wilson-Raybould could be removed from the Liberal party. Speaking after the testimony of the former attorney general, Mr Trudeau has stood his ground, telling reporters that “My team and I have always acted in a professional manner.”
Justin Trudeau further refuted Jody Wilson-Raybould’s testimony, claiming neither he nor his team pressured the former attorney general in any form. He has however not denied meeting with the former attorney general on many occasions. But claimed to be standing up for Canadian jobs.
As always, Justin Trudeau dodges questions that require a simple ‘yes or no’ answer. He, instead, chooses to go on lengthy narratives that have little to do with the questions asked.
Opposition leader, Andrew Scheer has called on Justin Trudeau to resign, saying he is no longer qualified to lead the Canadian people.
