Yeh - I heard that back in the 80's and have ever-since identified with it. After all, I sing, too - and spent years marveling at how Rick Emmet of Triumph could sing and do leads at the same time. Amazing. I can barely keep all the words straight while playing G, C, and D (and Melanie will tell you I often don't get the words straight anyway).

I spent a few years performing all by my lonely - doing the singer/songwriter thing with an acoustic guitar...developing a taste for strong, flavorful coffee from all the coffeeshops at which I played and strong, flavorful beer (Guinness) from all the bars at which I played.
